Nestled in the outskirts of Armadale this moderately challenging walk is approximately 14 km. We will start the walk from Churchman Brook Dam walking along the top of the wall then Soldiers Road before joining the bushland circuit. From there we travel in a clockwise direction. The start of this section is a fairly steep climb up to the base of the Churchman Brook Rock-climbing Crag. The Crag is a hidden gem which not many would have seen or even know is there. Then the circuit is easier going with gentle slopes and wide tracks. There is a fairly steep section towards the end of the walk. There are beautiful views over Perth and along Churchman Brook. We will have morning tea and lunch along the way. For afternoon tea we can perhaps wait until we get back to Churchman Brook Dam where there are grassed picnic areas and seats to spend 15 minutes before heading back to Armadale.
